3. Partial Refunds:

In cases where services have commenced but are not fully completed, partial refunds may be considered based on the work already completed.

4. Non-refundable Services:

a) Subscription-based services (e.g., ongoing SEO, social media management, PPC campaigns) are non-refundable after the first month of service.

b) Customized solutions, including website design and development, are non-refundable once project deliverables have been agreed upon and work has started.

5. Refund Process:

a) Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
b) Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
